At Zivame, we love our customers and encourage our people to understand them better.  Job Description – Market Places Manager  Key deliverables:  - Responsible for sales through various market place sites  - Working with central category team in deciding on selection strategy and execution of the strategy  - Performance management and mentoring of his/her team members  - Responsible for identification and impaneling of new market places  - Responsible for sales targets, seller quality, seller order fulfillment   - Develop a very good understanding of retail function and help aid in growing marketplace business  - Experience in Vendor management, Sales, Business Development  - Prior experience in mentoring and performance management of reportees.  - Should have experience in Apparel business  Qualifications:  - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an MBA   - 4–6 years of relevant Product Management experience  Skills:  - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create and communicate complex information in a manner that is clear and understood by all partners and management.   - Attention to detail   - Ability to work on multiple and competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.   - Collaborative working style.
