At Zivame, we love our customers and encourage our people to understand them better.   Product manager for Operations, Merchandising, CS and Finance : Back End   Key deliverables:  - Create and manage product roadmap for the entire Operations, Merchandising, Customer service and Finance functions  - Build the entire process flow, improve the existing workflows and suggest innovations to dramatically improve the entire back-end performance of zivame.com  - Get multiple technology platforms supporting the frontend (website) and ERP to work seamlessly together  - Responsible for the customer experience across most customer touch points;  - Setting in place the right product metrics to track, and providing visibility on performance of the key metrics;  - Deliver world class innovations in terms of features, usability and performance that enhance the shopping experience;  - Creating detailed product specifications for new features / changes to be introduced. Have in place key tracking metrics to measure impact of change;  - Develop / implement business analytics and reporting engine to enable better visibility of data  Other expectations:   - Work closely with all function heads to understand the current processes, identify gaps / improvement areas;  - Conducting regular research to know the best practices, features and competitive landscape across the ecommerce industry.  - Ensuring timely delivery of projects through proper planning, scheduling and execution.   - Work closely with Technology team to implement new tools / define features / prioritize requirements and execute them on time  - Recruitment, Training and mentoring teams   - Create presentations and supporting documents to facilitate communication across all teams  Qualifications:  - Bachelor's degree in Engineering. MBA preferred (not required)  - 3+ years of relevant Product Management experience  - Experience in product, program, and/or project management. Leading cross-functional teams to delivery new products in ecommerce, retail, logistics, supply chain, or related fields.   - Experience in setting up processes in Warehouse, Inventory management and Merchandising is preferred  - Experience defining market and product requirements,   - Experience working with engineering (Technology) team to quickly deliver product capabilities  - Experience with Navision or Magento is a plus;  Skills:  - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create and communicate complex information in a manner that is clear and understood by all partners and management.   - Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Ability to use data to know and present requirements and features  - Strong skills in excel sheet modelling. Knowledge of analytics software (SPSS, SAS, R, Rapidminer) preferred.  - Attention to detail   - Ability to work on multiple and competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.   - Collaborative working style. Must work well in a team environment and particularly with Technology  - Strong consumer focus   - Proven ability to write effective system and process documentation - including business and system requirements, process diagrams and data flow charts  - Innovative and capable of out-of-the-box thinking  - 2 to 5 years
