ZISPL - Project Manager - Mendix

What you'll be doing:

- Setup and maintain Mendix capability horizontal

- Work with different business units to understand their Mendix requirements and provide solutions

- Manage the Mendix roadmap and work closely with stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery

- Manage the budget activities for Mendix core team

- Manage end to end project delivery, where the candidate will be expected to setup a comprehensive stakeholder management, communication plan with internal and external leadership

- Develop project plan, manage risk and issues along with an effective mitigation strategy

- Extensive experience on delivery management using Waterfall and Agile methodology

- Align project objectives and project team's alignment on objectives

- Ability to support the project team with the technical solutioning direction and mentorship

- Project monitoring and health reporting

- Extensive experience of implementing CMMI quality processes and identify process gaps

- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

- Work on the RFP/RFI, as per the need and contribute at org level initiatives

- People management experience

- Savings, quality improvement impact analysis of projects.

What you'll bring to the team:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

- 4+ years in a project and delivery management experience

- Good to have experience on Mendix and Java skill set

- Experience of delivering complex projects/programs end to end

- ITIL or ITSM certifications preferred.

- PMP certifications required

- Thrives in collaborative environment

- Good communications skills, with customers, team and stakeholders

- Business & IT strategy experience

- Customer-focused mindset

- Knowledge of related software tools
