ZipLoan - VP/DVP - Product

- You will be responsible for the complete product development life cycle- including strategy, planning, delivery and in-life optimization and success of products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as the key advocate for the customers and demonstrate a lot of empathy to identify the customer pain-points and predict the future market needs in advance to build innovative products

- Lead product discovery and customer experience dip-studies to understand customer pain-points as well develop market understanding to discover white space

- Use agile methodologies to define requirements, prioritize features, provide business guidance, and perform acceptance testing, for new products and for enhancements to existing products

- Lead a team of Product Managers and collaborate with the engineering and business teams to ensure timely delivery of new products

- Own and drive all product related OKRs

Who are we looking for? :

The ideal candidate for this position would demonstrate the following :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years of leading a team of Product Managers. Experience in lending and fintech will be preferred

- Experienced in taking products from 0 to 100 following a customer development model built around rapid hypothesis testing, shaping products based on customer feedback, taking products to market by identifying the right channels, achieving product-market fit and scaling adoption using digital channels and ecosystem partnerships Strong customer focus, analytical and data-driven in your decision making

- Has worked in a fast-paced environment with hyper growth trajectory.

- Experience in Agile is mandatory to apply for this job role.

- Must be well versed and equipped to handle and manage multi-stakeholder teams using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
