About the Role:
You will be responsible for the planning and monitoring strategic initiatives as well as tracking key metrics for the office of CEO. It is a highly collaborative role and provides a 360-degree view of the organization. Essentially, you will be the go-to person for major projects, solving for inter-department dependencies as well conducting extensive primary/ secondary research. The role comes with a high degree of ownership, and we need a person who can take up tasks who is willing to get involved with the mission of the organization
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Chief of Staff and CEO to drive strategic initiatives for Ziploan- including but not limited to digitization, customer experience, new growth, and cost transformation projects in the organization.
- Conduct extensive primary and secondary research to identify best practices, develop competitive insights, customer persona and latest SaaS/ fintech trends.
- Working with stakeholders to achieve objectives with required quality and timeline.
- Driving leadership meetings, taking minutes, maintaining MoMs, and taking action-items to closure.
- Efficiently drive business communication across the organisation to clearly express management's vision without any ambiguity.
- Responsible for the development of weekly/quarterly/annual strategic reports for the management as well as the business top leadership.

Qualifications:
- Experience in Strategy/ founders teams in start-ups, front-end consulting in business growth, profit enhancement. Should ideally have worked on assessing markets on ground for new products or market entry. Must have experience in fintech space- preferably in fintech, lending space MBA. Should be ideally from a startup in fintech/tech space
- Equally comfortable going for market visits and presenting and discussing insights to stakeholders like CEO and investors, and third parties.
- A desire to understand consumer behavior and mindset of the long tail of Indian MSME market
- Understand and love technology. You see every problem from a technology lens and can look for solutions through a digital-first approach
- Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Curious about metrics, execution processes and keeping an eye out for details.
- Analytical mindset and problem solving comes naturally to you.
