Job Title : Senior Finance Manager

Job Description :

The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible to work on Debt raising, Co-Lending arrangement with Banks and also work with the management for Equity raising.

Responsibilities :

- Reach out to various Banks/ NBFCs for Debt raising including Business Plan preparation

- Work on building the Fund raise Deck for ZipLoan

- Co-ordinate with Equity Investors, ensure smooth flow of Due Diligence process

- Perform other duties as assigned

Position requirements :

- Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance

- A general knowledge of finance, business plan preparation, fund raising

- Proficient with emphasis on spread-sheets (Word, Excel)

- Excellent composing and writing skills

- Above-average interpersonal skills; ability to communicate verbally with a wide range of people

- Positive attitude and willingness to work

- Responsiveness, judgement, maturity, integrity, and time management skills are required.

About Zip Loan :

ZipLoan is a fintech startup focused on providing loans to Small businesses. ZipLoan has automated the entire loan lifecycle process to significantly reduce application processing time, human bias and operational costs compared to other financial services institutions. ZipLoan has built a proprietary automated credit engine, ZipScore, which analyses data gathered from conventional and alternative data resources to give real time credit assessment for the applicant. Loan sizes vary from INR 1 to 3 Lac for a period of 6 - 24 months. ZipLoan is a trade name for Blue Jay Finlease Ltd, an RBI registered NBFC. ZipLoan has also partnered with other Banks for Co-Lending so as to create a capital light model for funding its target customers. ZipLoan raised its Angel round in January 2016, followed by a Seed round in August 2016.

Co-Founder & CEO- Kshitij Puri

Finance professional with experience across Corporate Banking, Private Equity and Micro Finance. Kshitij was always keen to address the financing needs of Small Business Owners.

Kshitij has worked with ICICI Bank, Bank of America, CarVal Investors. Prior to founding ZipLoan, he was heading the Investments Team at Pragati Fund, an SME focused Private Equity Fund. He is a Chartered Accountant (All-India Rank Holder) and Executive MBA (UCLA Anderson).

Co-Founder & COO- Shalabh Singhal

Technophile with interests in new technologies and data science, Shalabh believes small business financing can be cracked in a cost efficient manner using technology and data science.

Prior to founding ZipLoan, Shalabh co-founded a Real Estate start-up that helped people to take data driven decisions in a rather unorganised market. He was earlier working with Goldman Sachs Asset Management Division in New York. He is an engineering graduate from IIT and a Chartered Financial Analyst from CFA Institute, USA.
