About the Role:

As a Growth Manager, you will bring creative energy and drive innovation as you manage high impact initiatives related to growing Company's business. In the position, you will have the ability to quickly identify, prioritize, and execute on opportunities that drive revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

- Fold up the sleeves and understand customer's needs and pain-points and use a first principle thinking to translate it into MVP solutions and products. This will involve intensive primary and secondary research, including market visits.

- Lead end-to-end offline and online pilots for new products and continuously refine processes to ensure customer delight

- Set and manage budget for sales growth and new business development.

- Design and implement metrics to monitor the success of processes, and refine the process flow based on actual on-ground feedback

- Listen and understand customer's pressure and critical business issues to develop burning platforms

- Oversee the on-boarding of new business.

- Own KPIs related to the said pilots- including onboarding of new customers, AUM etc.

- Develop account and opportunity plans to coordinate the team to grow sales to advance and deliver results

- Participate in defining strategy programs, drive conversations with third parties

- Coordinate with RMs, credit team, sales teams, product team etc. to ensure rigor and continuous progress on pilots and other strategic projects

- Stay appropriately networked to stay aware of industry and market trend

Reporting: Chief of Staff

Qualifications

- Experience in Strategy/ founders teams in start-ups, front-end consulting in business growth, profit enhancement. Should ideally have worked on assessing markets on ground for new products or market entry. Must have experience in fintech space- preferably in fintech, lending space MBA. Should be ideally from a startup in fintech/tech space

- Equally comfortable going for market visits and presenting and discussing insights to stakeholders like CEO and investors, and third parties.

- A desire to understand consumer behavior and mindset of the long tail of Indian MSME market

- Understand and love technology. You see every problem from a technology lens and can look for solutions through a digital-first approach

- Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced start-up environment.

- Curious about metrics, execution processes and keeping an eye out for details.

- Analytical mindset and problem solving comes naturally to you.
