ZipLoan - Chief of Staff

As Chief of Staff, you will work closely with our founder and leadership team on key strategic and business initiatives. This is a high-impact role, where you will work across functions on zero to one projects to unlock growth for ZipLoan, improve efficiency and profitability. This is an inside look at how a startup operates and scales, with the ability to impact that trajectory!

Key Responsibilities :

- Build a deep understanding of the business and market to identify strategic priorities

- Identify key success metrics and maintain dashboards to track progress and determine areas of intervention

- Work with the CEO and department leadership to optimize efficiency and productivity of current operations

- Own zero to one projects and new initiatives; from research and validation, to transitioning to functional ownership and scale-up

- Drive quarterly OKR planning and monitor them regularly through weekly reviews, investor updates and board meetings

Qualifications :

- Graduate / post-graduate from a top-tier institute

- 2-4 Years of experience in management consulting / operations / new initiatives at startups

- Financial services experience is a plus!
