About the Role: Role: AVP/DVP Collection Overseeing the collections activities for delinquent loan accounts and achieving the targets. Key Responsibilities: - Overseeing Collection &amp; Recovery portfolio of unsecured loans for entire Delhi/NCR or Pan India Region. - The role will be responsible for Planning, managing and undertaking collections process for debts and allocation the same to Team. - Target allocation for Debt recovery and monitoring the same. And negotiating with defaulters &amp; managing their repayments through team. - Overseeing the collections activities for delinquent loan accounts and achieving the targets. - Providing analysis and delivering insight to business team. - To achieve Penal Overdue collections. - Timely execution of the legal tools in order to effect the recoveries in phased manner - Interacted with Legal Dept. to ensure implementation of collection strategies through legal tools. - Closely monitoring the high risk / high exposure Accounts and responsible to initiate message to keep close watch. - Closely monitoring of infant cases to control early delinquency. - Flexible to travel PAN India for team meeting. Base location shall be New Delhi or Delhi NCR. - Review staff utilization, realization, and capacity and proactively communicate meaningful observations to Management. - Coordinating with team about target and realization of same. - Ability to set priorities and focus teams on what is most important. - Providing effective commercial procedures, or initiating change, to ensure key operational, commercial and financial targets are delivered. - Building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with all Venue and their teams to effective recovery can happen.
