AVP - Operations

This position will be responsible to lead the central operations at HQ and more than 10+ outsource processes centres across pan India.

This role requires min. 5 years working with NBFC in Operations.

Job Description : 

- Oversee Day to day activity in central operations

- Manage end to end Disbursal activity across india

- Should possess good knowledge of KYC & AML Compliance

- Responsible for Operating Dashboard management & Loan origination system

- TAT & Quality management

- Can bring more efficiency in Budget (Per file cost)

- Internal & External Audit management

- Vendor Management: Will be responsible for empanelment / management / termination / renewal of contracts for vendors.

- Control and adherence to process & policies

- Adherence & regular updation of Ops manual
