ZipGo is trying to change the urban commute by providing a clean, comfortable, safe, reliable, respectable and affordable transportation option for the 99%. The founding team wants to solve all the issues associated with today's daily commute in our cities including traffic and pollution. We believe it is essential to improve the transportation infrastructure in our cities in order to make them more livable. We are building a smart urban commuting option so that the next million don't buy cars and bikes and instead choose a shared transportation option. We are looking for an HR Lead, who has major experience in Leadership hiring. - Responsibilities- - Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications - Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives - Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/social media/colleges etc. - Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, Job boards etc. - Screen candidates resumes and job applications. - Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule - Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes - Onboard new employees to become fully integrated - Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team - Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Requirements : - Proven work experience as an HR Lead. At least 4 years experience in Leadership Hiring. - Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making skills Gourab HR | ZipGo
