Job Title : Program Manager Job Category : Information Technology Location : Bengaluru, India Travel Required : 25% Travel required Program Manager is accountable for Technology Program delivery in multiple Global Competency Centers accounts within the organization. This role is responsible for developing strategic relationships with the customers, engaging in technology conversations that lead to meaningful solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction through world class delivery ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : - Extensive program management skills to drive large scale initiatives and programs - Ability to design program plans, identify and manage risk and work with multiple stakeholders to drive program initiatives - Work with our marquee customers digital programs, IT transformation, sourcing and solutioning programs and advising them on the strategy and transformation and enabling the same - Cultivate and grow senior client relationships in an advisory capacity - Evangelize and promote client's innovation programs - Work with internal and external teams during the implementation at customer sites for right insights and hand offs to ensure client satisfaction - Lead proposal development, negotiation and commercial terms for large deals. Regularly monitor market dynamics, technology developments and incorporate into existing account strategy and plan. - Build a trusted group of reference-able customers who can vouch for Zinnov. Become a trusted advisor to the customer and participate in customer's strategic planning. Drive resource forecasting for the account from both confirmed opportunities as well as the opportunities in pipeline. - Mentor and nurture the next line of leadership in the account team. Help build a top-quality account sales team capable of consultative selling. Focus on people development by rotating employees on a need basis. Build a supportive environment and a motivated team to increase employee satisfaction and minimize attrition in the account sales and delivery teams. - Showcase Zinnov solutions as a strategic fit for the customer organization through workshops, boot camps and strategy meet. - Push for higher value/value added services and solutions to the customer in line with Zinnov offerings. - Capture and create integrated opportunities with end-to-end solution delivery requirements. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS : - A minimum experience of 8+ years in delivering and consulting programs and delivery in the Services OR Global Competency Centers environment - Bachelor's degree in computer science OR Engineering in any discipline - MBA PREFERRED SKILLS : - Proven experience as a Program/Delivery Manager in managing large customer accounts/projects - Experience in IT transformation programs and led to technology transformation incorporating new digital technologies - Experience in IT consulting and/or sourcing strategies that involved decisions related to outsourcing, in-sourcing of technology work - Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment - A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
