Work location: Bangalore (Looking for candidates located in BANGALORE ONLY) Designation : Manager/Senior Manager - Finance - Looking for a chartered accountant (7-13 years of post-qualification experience excluding article-ship) in the field of accounting, statutory compliance, governance, and business who is ready for new challenges, is agile and a fast learner. - Should be aware of basic requirements of entity incorporation, secretarial compliances and accounting standards. - Your job profile will cover implementing suitable accounting processes, create chart of accounts, develop SOPs apart from supervising the accounting team. - You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing monthly/yearly financial reports, checking general ledger entries and providing professional accounting support. - You should be able to assess and rectify any financial discrepancies. Responsibilities (but not restricted to): 1. Setting up of Book-keeping function for the clients 2. Create Chart of accounts 3. Develop SOPs 4. Build Internal control measures 5. Setting up process for payroll and employee reimbursements 6. Working on Compliance calendar 7. Maintaining proper accounting records and overseeing the work of the accounting team 8. Liaising with clients, business partners, auditors and vendor partners on accounting transactions and financials 9. Review and control of statutory compliances of clients 10. Manage post incorporation requirements for the new organizations 11. Liaise with company secretary and manage the secretarial compliances of the client 12. Keep track of costs incurred for the project and monthly billing to the client 13. Stakeholder management Qualifications/Skills Required: 1. Qualified Chartered Accountant with 7-13 years of robust experience 2. Excellent knowledge of statutory requirements for companies, LLP, etc. 3. Excellent knowledge on requirements of incorporation of entities in India 4. Hands on experience in Indian GAAP. US GAAP knowledge is a plus 5. Good knowledge of accounting and financial statements 6. Good MS excel, word and power point capabilities 7. Good communication skills and time management skills 8. Expert Knowledge of TALLY is mandatory. Knowledge of other ERP tools is a plus. 9. Knowledge of Payroll tools is a plus
