Job Description: Sourcing Lead Location: Bangalore / Pune Responsibilities : As a Talent Acquisition - Sourcing Lead, you are expected to Strategize &amp; Innovate sourcing techniques to support our recruiting team to hire quality candidates faster - Prior experience in recruitment and sourcing in a fast paced, dynamic environment in IT industry - Ownership to achieve top of funnel metrics, pipeline conversion percentages and hires to help the team achieve our collective hiring goal - Leverage optimally Social Networking sites viz, LinkedIn / Stakeoverflow / Github / Recruitm / any Open Forum's etc - Should be ahead of the market in latest recruitment and headhunting tools and techs. - Should have hands-on head-hunting skills and proven record of sourcing leadership and very specific talent through head hunting. - Should have above market source to select ratio. - Mentor &amp; Coach sourcing team on optimising Job Boards, applying Boolean search, LinkedIn recruiter account, X-ray searches is a must - In-depth knowledge of the recruiting landscape with ability to produce external trends, market intelligence, Pay Parity &amp; Compensation benchmark and industry insights - Manage Reports &amp; Analytics of day-to-day recruitment transactions for senior leader's review - Prior experience of interviewing skills; strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments, and processes - Ability to work on multiple tasks, perform under pressure and defined timelines - Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization and to develop strong client relationships Qualifications : - Graduation with a technical degree is preferred NOT mandatory. - Master's degree, or equivalent, in a related field (HR, MBA, Learning &amp; Development) is preferred. - 8 - 12 years of extensive years of experience sourcing and/or recruiting with experience in recruiting top staffing agencies - Demonstrated ability in traditional sourcing techniques utilized for sourcing top talent - Experience implementing sourcing strategies that address both short-term and long-term hiring needs - Knowledgeable in advanced sourcing tools and techniques - Ability to build, cultivate, and activate relationships with candidates - Experience partnering with cross-functional partners to execute on sourcing strategies that resulted in achieving a common hiring goal - Track record of successfully delivering against assigned goals within a given deadline and flawlessly executing in a very fast-paced environment - Excellent Communication &amp; Collaboration skills - Team Management Salary offered: 12-20LPA
