Role: Engagement Lead / Senior Consultant - Compensation and Benefits (C&amp;B) consulting Location: Bangalore Experience: 7 to 10 years of overall experience with 5+ years of relevant experience in Compensation &amp; Benefits consulting/bench marking Reports to: Program Manager at Zinnov Designation: Engagement Lead / Senior Consultant Role summary: Manage the C&amp;B function within the Talent module of the GIC Accelerator Platform in Zinnov. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team to deliver thought leadership reports and benchmarks in the C&amp;B space - Deliver industry level compensation reports, as-well-as, custom/peer-cut reports to clients in the Hi-Tech space - Deliver research studies on topics such as campus compensation, salary increase, hiring, attrition, employee benefits, Long Term Incentives (LTI) etc. by conducting primary and secondary research. - Ability to create gender neutral Job description and job mapping for new age skillset (Example: AI, Machine Learning, Robotics, Blockchain etc.) - Present research findings to Global, as well as, Senior India Stakeholders of Zinnov clientele - Drive working sessions/roundtables around talent related areas such as Digital workplace, L&amp;D, Compensation trends, Employee engagement, Gender Diversity etc. - Manage customer relationships with CXO level stakeholders - Actively contribute towards business development and client acquisition - Grow the C&amp;B practice by adding newer offerings such as compensation benchmarking for newer verticals and industries, executive level compensation, variable pay deep-dive analysis and so on. Desired skills and other requirements: - Compensation and benefits consulting experience or experience in internal consulting for C&amp;B teams across multiple countries in an MNC preferably in the Hi-Tech space. - Experience in conducting Job mapping and Job evaluation exercise. - Good understanding of employee benefits, campus compensation, salary increase, hiring, attrition, LTI practices and policies. - Good understanding of various job mapping frameworks, Job evaluation, Variable pay, LTIs, Incentive design etc. - Strong project management and client management abilities. - Effective analytical skills to undertake secondary research, gather market intelligence related to assigned projects and make sound recommendations backed by research outcomes - Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills. - Excellent delivery skills and domain/technical knowledge. - Creative thinking and rigorous analysis to solve a wide array of C&amp;B/talent related problems. - Effective Primary and Secondary research skills - Able to maintain a professional demeanor in times of high stress. Works well in a team-oriented environment as well as independently. - Flair for engaging with people and developing relationships and ability to work in diverse teams Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate from Tier 1/Tier 2 institutes. MBA degree would be an added asset.
