Job Description : Director - Knowledge Management Years of Experience : 10-15 years Detailed responsibilities include: - Understand the strategy and objectives of the organization - Support the execution of the Knowledge Management (KM) initiatives - Support the development of the KM strategy in alignment with and support of the Consulting Teams and Organization as a whole - Support the re-design and maintenance of the knowledge channels, proper tagging and integration to other spaces to drive more engagement, deliver more value and improve user experience - Project manage the newsletters - Manage content within the Teams - Track and monitor performance against KM metrics on a quarterly basis - Support status reporting on KM plans - Identify and communicate risks/issues related to Knowledge Management - Stay informed and involved in Solutioning and supporting alignment across all Teams and Locations - Support the definition, improvement and documentation of knowledge management processes and procedures (e.g. content creation life cycle, harvest, sanitization) - Ensure Risk policies are understood by users and oversee processes to keep published knowledge conformed by firm Risk policies Key accountabilities : - Establish Knowledge Management strategy, drive innovation - Build a KM team from scratch collaborating with external and internal stakeholders - Execute Knowledge Management Deliverables and PMO tasks / Outcomes - Collaborate with Seniors in the organization. - PMO (Planning, Communications, Reporting, etc.) Experience & knowledge - 10+ years of knowledge management experience in technologies, strategies, processes, content development lifecycle, collaboration - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in business or related field - Ability to lead and work independently with minimal direction - Strong communication (oral and written), leadership, organization and collaboration skills - Ability to assess processes, identify gaps, and push open items towards resolution - Understanding of strategy, content areas, and key offerings - Knowledge of how to work within the firm, understanding firm policies around knowledge management - Experience in planning and scheduling workshops / knowledge shares - Understanding of company's Marketing and Branding principles is preferred Technical skills, abilities & qualifications : - Experience in channel management and UI design and management - Innovation, problem solving, process improvement and leadership abilities - Well organized with good prioritization/workload management abilities - Excellent attention to detail - Ability to work / take calls during US working hours, if required
