Role: Consultant Experience: 3-5 years Job Responsibilities Will play a key role in helping the indirect procurement function of large enterprises across verticals (Semiconductors, storage, oil &amp; gas etc.) 1. Help the procurement function of large enterprises through subscription and custom research engagements 2. Areas covered include outsourcing landscape (IT and engineering outsourcing) of peer enterprises, skill set analysis, pricing analysis of service providers, contract SLAs and industry reports, vendor risk assessment, vendor selection support, and industry best practices 3. Will be responsible for scheduled delivery of reports with end-to-end ownership 4. Will interact with clients from time to time to understand requirements and jointly solve problems through fact-based research 5. Should proactively look for new areas to develop content and thought leadership in the indirect procurement space 6. Will need to develop a deep domain understanding of the relevant client industry to be able to map value chains and corresponding skillsets 7. Will guide 1-2 analysts on data collection efforts, synthesis, and analysis The position will require the consultant to have strong powerpoint, excel, analytical, and verbal communication skills in addition to serving the procurement function of large enterprises through research/consulting-led engagements
