Associate Manager / Lead: Social Media Communication

Zinnov is a global management consulting and strategy advisory firm that delivers custom frameworks, data & insights, and tailored customer-centric strategies.

We are looking for a social media champion to be a part of the Globalization Excellence practice.

He/she will report to the Head of Branding & Communications Globalization Excellence practice and work closely with the customers to promote their brand engagement and awareness online.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.

- Create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and boosting social media campaigns.

- Suggest recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy of customers for optimal results.

- Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.

- Set up pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content

- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules

- Continuously improve on customer social media by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, and recommending changes/improvement

Skills:

- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.

- 5 or more years of social media experience including planning and managing content in a corporate, or agency setting.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.

- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.

- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.

- Additional knowledge of working on website content will be an advantage

Must Have:

- Team player, detail-oriented and customer focused

- Ability to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly, while maintaining attention to detail.

- A passion for all things marketing & communication and an understanding of what makes a good social media brand campaign.
