State Head-Orissa (Base location: Bhubaneshwar)

Desired Profile:

- Strong Communication skills, ability to carry on a conversation.

- Should have clearly demonstrate an example of handling complex problems and projects with challenges at scale

- Earlier experience in handling field workers, high intellectual people, and interacting with government stakeholders like secretary level IAS officers is a plus.

- Should have driven teams earlier and passionately motivates them to scale the projects

- No language barrier, English works

- Should ideally come from education/health/consulting background and should have handled complex MIS projects for around 7/8 years and program management at scale for2-3 years

- Passion for processes , monitoring and research structures and knowledge management is a plus

- Will work, coordinate and support other state leads and interact with stakeholders regularly and need to manage 4/5 people.
