Park+, is a new age tech company with a focus to enhance the entire life cycle experience of car owners. Park+ users can avail many services like online parking discovery & booking, daily car cleaning, car servicing, car insurance, valet, buy & recharge FASTag, discover & pay traffic e-challans and even sell their cars. Tagging and toll gate management for both residential and commercial play is being synchronized . (example of pacific and Saket mall in Delhi).

Park+ has been successfully funded by industry veterans and young successful icons investors such as Deep Kalra (Founder, MakeMyTrip), Kunal Shah (Founder, CRED), Kunal Bahl (Founder, Snapdeal), Ashish Hemrajani (Founder, BookMyShow), Ashneer Grover (Founder, BharatPe) . Also have Sequoia and matrix on the cap table.

Role/JD:

The partnerships manager will lead/execute:

- Devise and operationalize long-term partnership framework and execution strategy

- Establishing strategic tie-ups across channels crucial for growth and revenue

- Will drive strategic platform partnerships with sales & deployment of Park+ solution with Car Manufacturers

- Will be instrumental in building platform partnerships with strategic ecosystem players

- Be the bridge between partners and internal teams to drive strategic initiatives and projects

- Maintain existing partnerships and identify areas to grow further

- Creating outcome-driven engagement plan with partners to ensure regular tracking and returns on these partnerships.

- Be the single point of contact for our Key partners and Act as an escalation point to drive resolution in a timely, proactive manner.

- Manage all processes in finalizing such partnerships (i.e. lead generation, prospecting, establishing first contact, meetings, contract, integration and follow up)

Required Skills:

- Strong business acumen, structured problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proven ability to partner, communicate and manage/navigate through multiple functions and organizational groups with high stakeholder management skills

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships

- Understanding of the fintech landscape along with good deal-making/negotiation skills

- An open, intuitive and curious mind to learn, unlearn and experiment

- Proactive and self-motivated to deliver excellence independently

- Must be willing to work in a high growth and fluid work environment
