The BDM will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and deal closure. The key is to be able to close sales and achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build a database of schools in the assigned territory.
2. Make high impact pitches to school management online or face to face and get academic buy-in.
3. Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities. This includes convincing key stakeholders not limited to the school principals and teachers.
4. Commercial negotiations & closing deals.
5. Follow established sales processes and policies.
