The Head of Analytics, Productivity and Excellence would partner with the Revenue Head to drive sales Analytics, Productivity and Excellence.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Use lead science and analytics to create high-quality lead lists

- Create automated, easy-to-use dashboards that drive shared accountability

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders in sales and other functions to drive cross-functional projects

- Constantly drive new tech that can help build high-performance, happy remote teams

- Create + refine processes that can help sales focus on selling

- Create + execute incentive plans that drive success

- Drive reporting of revenue and subscriptions

- Driving compliance of CRM through dashboards, recognition and exception reports

- Help the sales head and leaders manage by exception

- Plan headcount and budgets based on growth targets

- Driving intelligence around product-pricing strategy
