An ideal profile would be a person who would have past experience in handling following:

- Required to handle all end to end sales, company profit and loss, and implementation of strategies related to Sales

- Would bring up plans and strategies to increase the market share of the products

- Good understanding of retail operation and responsible for the enhancement of Brand presence/visibility, to create more merchandising & prompt placement of brand into retail as well as modern trade.

Must have :

- Well aware of existing network of dealers and distributor ( Personal Care Product domain)

- Must have rich experience of 15 years plus into Retail, cosmetics and distributor network
