Corporate Finance Manager (Fund raising; Arranging term loan: Chairman Office) (CA or MBA)

Role:

This person is responsible for helping CFO to make important business decisions based on financial data.

Broadly the job role will include:

- Assessing and creating or developing business cases and investment proposals for divisional and corporate projects.

- Preparation of complex finance modelling to present financial institutions, banks for getting working capitals loan.

- Working with Rating Agency for compliance and improving the score.

- Recording, interpreting, and reporting financial information in support of general business operations

- Supporting in preparation for senior management presentations for the board of directors, and other stakeholders.

- Maintaining abreast of the changing business landscape in order to identify opportunities to drive both organic and inorganic growth.

Ideal Profile:

- CA or MBA Finance with 2/3 years of experience.

- Excellent report writing and Communication skills

- Strong communication abilities across teams

- Well versed with financial modelling
