Zinier - Senior Technical Program Manager

The must-haves:

- Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years of project management experience OR 10+ years of project management experience (experience can be substituted for degree)

- 5+ years of experience in managing Scrum teams and Scrum masters

- 3+ years experience in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management

- A project delivery or technical leadership background and strong organisational and interpersonal skills, which will enable you to succeed in Zinier's fast paced environment.

- Effective communication skills to handle comms to management, teams and cross functional teams, and a proven track record of getting things done/shipping projects.

- Experience working in a dynamic fast moving environment where autonomy and self-decision making is needed and also able to juggle between different Projects/tasks.

- Experience working in product delivery

- 3+ years of management experience, preferably with a globally distributed team.

- 3+ years of software engineering, systems engineering or technical product/program management experience.

- Experience leading across multiple teams, with stakeholders in different disciplines across time zones.

- Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and thought leadership.

- Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.

- Experience working on products with a global footprint

Preferred Qualifications :

- Master's Degree or advanced professional certifications

- Experience in management of complex, high value technology infrastructure projects

- Experience with and deep understanding of multiple project management methodologies

- Experience in managing data center infrastructure deployments

- Familiarity with the AWS product suite

- Experience of leading matrixed teams and individuals across multiple locations

- Well organized and able to work effectively under time pressure
