Job Overview:

As an SEO Specialist/Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimising websites and driving organic traffic through effective search engine optimisation techniques. You will be responsible for conducting keyword research, implementing on-page and off-page optimisation strategies, and monitoring website performance to improve search engine visibility and rankings.

Responsibilities:

- Perform keyword research to identify relevant search terms and phrases.

- Optimise website content and structure for improved search engine visibility.

- Conduct on-page and off-page SEO activities, including meta tag optimisation, link building, and content optimisation.

- Monitor and analyse website performance using SEO tools and Google Analytics.

- Track and report on SEO metrics such as organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.

- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, such as crawl errors, broken links, and duplicate content.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and search engine algorithm updates.

- Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to align SEO strategies with business goals.

- Provide recommendations for website improvements based on SEO best practices.

- Stay informed about the latest SEO techniques and contribute to developing SEO strategies.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.

- Proficient in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.

- Strong knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO factors.

- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website development.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest SEO trends and best practices.

- Working knowledge of WordPress and other website builders.
