Job Description:
The Senior Executive - HR will be responsible for handling employee grievances and day-to-day operations within the organization. This role will require a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle employee grievances and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Investigate and resolve disputes between employees and management.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to keep employees informed of important HR-related information.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys and take appropriate action to address any issues identified.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on HR-related issues.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure that the organization's HR policies and procedures are up-to-date.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree/Post graduate in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with HR software is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Must be willing to work in Gurugram location.
