About the role :

We are looking for a passionate, energetic and experienced Associate Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy.

Since our inception passenger comfort is our top priority, the only thing we focus on is that the comfort quotient of our passengers should never be compromised. The core team consists of IIT and top B-school graduates with experience of working in e-commerce, management consulting, E- commerce and high growth startups. Zingbus has recently raised $6 million in Pre-Series A funding.

Key Responsibilities :

a. Ability to understand and define the right problem statements to solve.

b. Frame and posit hypothesis for user solutions, interpret data, and iterate on solutions.

c. Good intuitive understanding of user experience with a strong emphasis on

d. Manage end to end Product Roadmap and prioritize requirements according to business and organization's goals.

e. Detail orientation in understanding user scenarios and writing comprehensive product requirement documentations for aligning various stakeholders on a common vision.

f. Create low fidelity wireframes and strong communication of requirements with respective stakeholders.

g. Strong understanding of the underlying business vision and functional goals.

Requirements :

a. 0-2 years of professional experience in Product Development or Management role

b. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

c. Ability in managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.

d. Technical background with experience in software development or web technologies.

e. Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization

f. Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.

g. Excellent interpersonal skills.

h. Exceptional leadership skills.
