About the job:
The Growth and marketing team is responsible for user growth across all the business lines through online channels.
Requirements :
- Were hiring for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead planning and execution of user acquisition campaigns on Online Channels.. The role will be focused around acquiring customers through app & web campaigns. The role will involve
- Optimising the daily spends with an objective to maximise new user acquisition
- Work with the content team to brainstorm on the new creatives and work on the creative pipeline.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and execute App & Website conversion campaigns
- Continuous monitoring of results and improving of ads
- Manage campaign spends, staying on budget, estimating daily/monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
- Track, report, and analyze campaign performance
- Measure and optimize paid marketing campaigns using attribution tools like GA, Branch & Appsflyer etc.
Required Skills :
- Well-versed in performance marketing, lead generation and online customer acquisition
- Analytical Skills - Comfort with big datasets and ability to understand what data to pull and analyse to derive business insights. You can operate excel in your sleep. Functional understanding of Attribution tools, Google Analytics and visualization tools like Mixpanel
- Deep understanding of Ad formats that works on Facebook and Google
- Ability to clearly and effectively articulate insights and recommended actions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Background for the Role :
- 2+ years of relevant work experience on Facebook/Google Ad network
- Bonus points if you have had exposure to setup things from scratch
- 1-2 years of experience at a fast paced start up
