Role : APM - Offline Sales Excellence

About the role :

- You will be responsible for setting up the demand side of business from scratch for the city.

- You will be working in close coordination with the core leadership team, with a focus ondriving the sales numbers to achieve business objectives. You will also be leading a team of upto 10 employees.

The core team consists of IIT and top B-school graduates with experience of working in e-commerce, management consulting, and high growth startups. Zingbus has recently raised $6 million in Pre-Series A funding.

Location : Gurgaon, Haryana.

Key Responsibilities :

a) Formation of processes and policies for offline sales.

b) Ensuring adherence of the existing processes across regions.

c) Assisting in expansion to new territories and establishing offline sales funnel.

d) Liaisoning with regional teams and catering to their issues at large.

e) Working with product team to get the required changes in the respective product

f) Ensuring policy and process adherence, with a focus in delivering best in class customer experience.

Requirements :

a) 1-2 years of professional experience in Sales/ Operation.

b) Ideal candidate should have worked in similar industry or in high growth startups.

c) Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills and an ability to navigate a complex and unstructured environment.

d) Demonstrated experience of leading a team of field sales executive.
