About Company: Zingavita is started by 3 Founders: Rohit Anand (INSEAD, second venture post successful exit from first), Sachin Goel (PEC, 13 years of professional experience) and Tarun Jyot Singh (FMS Delhi, ex-Unilever, 13 years of professional experience).

Zingavita is a D2C brand and wants to transform kids nutrition space with unique products and dosage formats. In short span of 6 months, it has become number 3 player online in kids space. A lot of exciting products are planned for launch and it plans to start selling internationally be second half of 2021

About the role: Entrepreneur in Residence

We are a young and dynamic company where strategies change every day, but only thing consistent is punching above our weight

You will lead company's new initiatives like new product launches, international expansion and operations streamlining. In one word, you will be an all rounder.

- GTM: Opening up of new sales channels online and executing demand generation strategy

- Figuring out new countries for us to expand: Data based insights on current players, size, competitive intensity pricing power and regulations

- Operations: Figuring out the most cost effective way to service channels - warehousing, taxation, logistics

Preferred Qualifications

- 0-2 years of experience in a similar field in a D2C Company.

- Experience in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage

- Graduate / Post Graduate, who has in it to help raise the bar and hustle to build new business

- Strong understanding of and passion for entrepreneurship.

- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and strong interpersonal skills.
