We feel that a mutual fund as a product, needs to be reimagined to build simple and relevant investment solutions for the next 10 crore individuals to participate in and grow the capital markets in India. - Develop, implement, support, and review all people initiatives, policies, procedures, and systems

- Work in partnership with senior leadership and managers to provide guidance on internal HR procedures, best practices, and policies

- Support current and future business needs by attracting, developing, engaging and retaining employees

- Develop the HR strategy with mid and long term objectives

- Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy, handling end-to-end recruitment (Tech + Non Tech)

- Responsible for joining formalities, on-boarding, and induction processes

- Oversee and manage a performance review process that drives high performance

- Responsible for Reward and Recognition, Learning and Development, Talent Management, Employee well-being and safety, Leave Management, Engagement activities etc.

- Handling the employee concerns, grievances and disciplinary processes

- Setting up and maintaining data and presenting analytics wrt employees with a regular cadence.
