Performance & Digital Marketing Job Purpose : - Purpose of this role is to manage the overall marketing and manage all aspects of Brands engagement which will include increasing customer interaction, Lead generation, ATL-BTL, Events and conferences, promotional campaigns, Sales conversions and Customer centric content. The role will contribute to grow the organization and will be a pivot in building and establishing the start-up. Description : - Define product and marketing strategies to support the company's overall Vision, Business Strategy and Objectives - Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (product development, branding, communications etc.), and ensure they project the company's unique voice - Define the communication and messaging strategy across Events, ATL -BTL activities, Brand campaigns, blogs, Customer engagement and Lead generation. - Core responsibility to lead the 11 brands and content along with leading the overall marketing function - Develop the media mix (Traditional, Digital, On-ground) in line with the campaign objectives and see through the executions - Create a solid network of strategic partnerships and overseeing the Digital media strategy for the company - Develop integrated marketing solutions to drive brand saliency and engagement - Think innovatively and creatively to ensure every opportunity is taken to tell our brand story and raise the brand profile using all media, PR and partnerships - Focus on conceptualizing and designing engagement programs across audiences. - Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of overall marketing aspect, evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data. - Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing. - Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. - Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience. Qualifications, Experience & Skills : - Post Graduate in Marketing or relevant field. - 7-12 years of marketing experience with a good balance of Product management, Brand marketing and Digital Marketing - Experience on Branding and on-ground activation, Events is must. - This role requires the incumbent to build a brand, liaise with agencies and be adept at performance marketing - She/He should have a multi-faceted exposure of managing activities across ATL, BTL, digital marketing and social media. - Proven track record of successfully developing and executing high quality marketing plans from conception to implantation - Strong Marketing orientation, experience in managing marketing budgets and establishing brands - Proven team management skills to develop and drive a growing department - Outstanding communication, relationship management, and presentation skills - Excellent execution skills is a must. - Analytical thinking and data interpretation is critical to drive the marketing strategy
