Zetwerk - Legal Manager - Recovery

Position : Legal Manager

Location : Bangalore

Responsibilities -

- Will be responsible for recovering / reducing over due amount from customers

- Will formulate process of recovering over-due amount by using legal channels (MSME, Arbitrations, Legal notice, etc)

- Shall be responsible for initiating legal case, if any, on the customers

- Shall be responsible for responding to / closing legal case, if any, initiated the customer on Zetwerk

- Shall support the Level 1 and Level 3 collection team for necessary documentation

- Vet the customer contracts received by Zetwerk to ensure that no onerous clause is there for the company
