Zet Town India - Industrial Relations Job Title : Industrial Relations Would manage two factories - Zet Town India, Noida and WinSharp, Daruhera Job Location : Noida / Daruhera (should be keen to travel between the two locations) Job Brief & Responsibilities : - Managing relationships with unions & ensuring that the Company's treatment of employees is consistent with its core business values and objectives. - Handling complaints, managing grievance procedures, and facilitating counselling in conjunction with other stakeholders. - Collating and analyzing employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revising people programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes. - Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement. - Complete initial reporting, accident investigations, communication work restrictions, claim adjuster correspondence, tracking and claim review analysis for settlements - Build constructive relationships externally (government bodies, other industry bodies and external parties). - Monitor internal and external labour relations trends and submit relevant reports to Management. - Facilitate the implementation of regular meetings between management and labour. - Coordinates the implementation of employee programs and employee relations. - Enhance management and labour knowledge on IR related issues. - Review and revise Company Regulations/Peraturan Perusahaan (PP), Collective Labour Agreement (CLA), wage review and labour related policies and procedures. - Dispute Settlement (reviews investigation report from internal team and identifies the breach/violation of related policies or procedures and provides recommended disciplinary action based on IR guidelines and practices). Qualification and Skills : - Master's in Industrial Relations or related area - 10+ years of work experience in employee relations or industrial relations - Strong experience in dealing with unions - Strong knowledge of HR policies & procedures - In depth knowledge of employment legislations - Strong problem solving, negotiation & influencing skills
