Job Description :&nbsp; - Business units like MHD, T&amp;D, Boilers etc are growing their project footprint, which is taking our operations into more number of cities along with complexity of multiple contracts which all have nuances impacting various labour legislation. - We also need constant monitoring of contract labour payments and a tight control on all aspects of engaging, utilizing and changing manpower both in the new business units own factory and onsite projects. - Zetwerk needs an EMPLOYEE RELATIONS BUSINESS PARTNER with direct experience in dealing with large projects, contract labour, PF, ESIC, payment of wages, Migrant labour act etc. - This resource will be responsible for ensuring that the company or it`s directors are not exposed to any liability or legal action from any labour legislation through the following : 1. Set up a stakeholder management rhythm with all government agencies in each project location 2. Vetting contractors and their capabilities, past work experience from the angle of labour compliance 3. Regular monitoring of salary payments and other government deposits like PF and ensuring all contractors are following the letter of the law 4. Partnering with the BU heads, Finance partners and Ops personnel to problem solve and enable business operations keeping in mind labour compliance is always met Skills/Traits Required : In depth knowledge of all labour legislation in India, solution orientation, Ability to manage remote issues with speed, Stakeholder management Background/Experience : L&amp;T or other similar large EPC organisations, ER/HRBP who has actually managed multiple projects in remote locations for Labour law compliance
