Position : Collection Head Key Job Purpose: Managing collection DSO for the business through team Roles and Responsibilities : - Set periodical collections targets, monitor & report - Manage monthly aged receivables, disputes, DSO, disturbing or encouraging trends - Collaborate with all departments for dispute resolution and minimize provision risks - Enforce contractual terms including late payment charges &amp; support hold - Oversee monthly accounts reconciliation and certification (Blackline) - Ensure timely cash accounting and application - Review customer master for invoice delivery methods, PO &amp; Tax certificate requirements - Set annual KPIs and evaluate the performance of the staff. Train and develop group in higher levels of credit and financial analysis - Lead Allocation and Target setting for Agency - Collections. - Onboarding &amp; Process orientation of Agency - Collections. - Performance Management for Agency - Collections
