Role In this global role, you will be responsible for pitching Zeta's benefits and prepaid platform capabilities to one of our large global partners across their businesses in various countries. You would be responsible for driving the growth of the account and successfully establish Zeta as the sole tech stack partner for their benefits- and prepaid businesses. We are looking for a seasoned global Business Development candidate with a flair for tech solutions and the payments tech space to manage the following : Business development - Deliver pitches, nurture and manage relationships for large multi-million dollar deals with our partner across various countries. - Deeply understand partner offerings, business models and local regulations to integrate and bundle Zeta's products with that of the Partner. - Manage Business Development cycles diligently and own the entire journey of prospecting, pitching, solutioning, closing and piloting. - Identify opportunities for growth and expansion to pitch Zeta's large set of product and platform capabilities. - Enable partner's success, by liaising with the solutions team, in adapting and adopting Zeta Platform's new/existing products and features. Other functions - Coordinate with product and tech teams to maintain customer momentum and resolve blockers. - Coordinate with the marketing team on the launch and growth-related aspects - Manage the post-sales relationship with customers to maximize value and uncover other strategic opportunities. Who should apply for this role? - You have a postgraduate degree in Business / Marketing / Management from a premium B-school along with a bachelor's degree in engineering preferably. - You have 5+ years of experience in one or more of Business Development, Enterprise Sales, and Account Management in the software/ tech consulting/ payments tech industry with a focus on solutioning. - You have experience in working with international partners or clients in LATAM (good to have). - You are a natural conversationalist who makes for an enjoyable company and is able to cut through social and cultural differences. - You possess excellent analytical capabilities - can understand partners- needs and possess a strong strategic mindset. - You are able to discuss technical requirements and solutions effectively to diverse stakeholder groups and to engage effectively with senior executives of large enterprises on both technical and non-technical matters. - You have outstanding business acumen and negotiation skills. - Your verbal and written communication and articulation skills are immaculate.
