Learn more about our manifesto & beyond. The Role In this role the candidate will own the CRM & Marketing and Sales Operations across all product suites and products at Zeta. Our target customer segments consist of highly specialized and customized B2B audiences. Zeta's marketing strategies are critically tied to generating, maintaining, updating, and operating a high quality database that allows our sales and product marketing efforts to be effective in their outreach. We are looking for a highly organized and operationally savvy individual who will deliver on this mandate. Ownership of our Customer & Data Management Platform (CMP / DMP) - Design, build, and manage our highly targeted CMP and DMP through a combination of first and third party research, continuous updates, and data mining tools. - This individual and a team of operations specialists will be responsible for constantly monitoring and updating this DMP on a real-time basis. - Build and implement persona-based lists (segments) for use in Email marketing, ABM, and SEM audience building - Setting up processes to ensure that every contact in the database is acted upon by the data operations team. - Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness and business impact - Present analysis and findings to a variety of audience - Lead marketing automation efforts to build best-in-class nurture programs that focus on adding value to the pipeline. Ownership of Tools & Systems & Campaigns - Maintain and manage our CRM and email marketing databases and related toolchains. - Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management - Assist demand gen teams with data / insight as needed Marketing insights - Campaign analytics - Attribution modeling - Cohort analysis The Skills - Proven experience in a cross-functional digital and CRM role at a B2B SaaS firm - Strong understanding of database schemas, CRM management, Data sync across platforms - Strong numeracy, metrics orientation, and technical skills are a must - Proven experience in managing marketing & sales data operations - Ability to build deep understanding of our target audience - Strong stakeholder relationship management skills - Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with -business, operations and technology teams internally and externally - Comfortable working with large data sets conducting complex analysis, converting results into actionable business decisions - Good analytical skills Who Should Apply - 8+ years of experience running CRM and Marketing operations at a B2B SaaS company. - Must have worked on data entry, database maintenance and upkeep - Experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot, or related stacks is required
