The manager of Pre-Sales Engineering will be working with Zeta India's Embeddable Banking Business Development team to deliver Pre-Sales technical consultancy to target clients to aid in sales closures. The role would also require the person to gather requirements from customer and help work out optimal solutions in line with the Zeta product suite capabilities. What is the Job like? - You will play a critical role working with the target clients identified by the Business Development team to ensure that the requirements are captured and possible solutions are identified based on Zeta's products capabilities. - You will be responsible for creating a strong relationship with customers to manage expectations for new requirements. - You will be liaising the Business Development team to position Zeta as the Defacto Modern Issuance Platform among target clients' technology and business teams. You will be working with the Business Development Team to create formal written sales proposals with the ability to present and differentiate product offerings. - You will work in collaboration with the client's business and technology teams to arrive at the proper specifications for Zeta's product and engineering teams to develop the solutions. - You would work with clients towards creating new up-sell and cross-sell opportunities for the Business Team Who should apply for this role? - Engineer/BSc (IT. Comp Sci) is highly preferred More than 5 years of total experience with 2-3 years of experience in Enterprise Pre-Sales Engineering in the financial services domain.
