Zeta is looking to hire an enthusiastic Digital Manager Specialist to all digital marketing for Zeta's businesses What is the Job like? - Plan and execute digital marketing and retargeting campaigns across channels - PPC, social media channels (LinkedIn, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc) display and text campaigns across platforms - Plan and execute ABM/ lead nurturing campaigns for target accounts using marketing automation tools like Hubspot, Marketo etc to generate and nurture leads with effective workflows - Optimise campaigns to maximise ROI with the help of A/B tests, data analysis, identifying trends and insights - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and access against goals (ROI and KPIs) - Plan and execute email marketing campaigns - Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights - Stay on top of key trends and best practices in digital marketing, competitive landscape, and the industry to develop winning strategies - Collaborate with marketing specialists, content and design team to plan effective campaigns Who can apply for this role? - 3-4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing - Hands on experience of executing and planning digital campaigns across platforms - Has experience of working in an agency OR worked with an agency - Experience in the B2B SAAS/ B2B enterprise industry will be a plus What skills do we look for? - Strong understanding of PPC campaigns across platforms including social media (esp LinkedIn) - Strong execution skills for digital campaigns across platforms - Good analytical skills and data-driven thinking - Use website analytics and KPI data in order to drive online marketing initiatives and make recommendations for improvements - Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, WebTrends, Google Play Dashboard, iOS app analytics, individual SM analytics, HubSpot) - Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns - Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints will be an advantage - Strong collaborative skills to be able to work with different teams within Marketing and other departments - Keen attention to detail - Good organisation and planning skills - Numerically oriented and believes in assessing all marketing initiatives
