Responsibilities:


Digital Strategy Development:


- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.


- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement tracking systems to monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns.


Content Marketing:


- Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content across various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, blogs, and websites.


- Ensure content is optimised for SEO and designed to engage and convert target audiences.


Social Media Management:


- Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.


- Develop and implement social media campaigns, track performance, and adjust strategies as needed.


Influencer Marketing:


- Identify and collaborate with industry influencers and thought leaders to promote our brand, products, and thought leadership content.


- Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, negotiate contracts, and measure the impact of influencer campaigns.


Email Marketing:


- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.


- Manage the email marketing calendar and ensure timely and relevant communications to subscribers.


Paid Advertising:


- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).


- Monitor budgets, ROIs, and CPCs to maximise the impact of paid advertising efforts.


Website Optimization:


- Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the company website is user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and optimised for search engines.


- Implement strategies to improve website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates.


Analytics and Reporting:


- Use analytics tools to track and report on digital marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.


- Prepare regular reports for stakeholders, summarising key metrics and campaign outcomes.


Requirements:


- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).


- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing preferably in the BFSI sector.


- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO platforms, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.


- Proven record in working with the allocated budget to extract the best ROI


- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making.


- Excellent communication and project management skills.


- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory guidelines within the BFSI sector
