Responsibilities:

- Define and implement strategies to identify and onboard B2C / D2C partners onto our platform.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential partnership opportunities that align with business objectives.

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of partner segments and their specific needs to tailor partnership strategies accordingly.

- Actively source and engage potential B2C / D2C partners through various channels, including industry events, networking and online platforms.

- Develop and execute strategies to nurture and retain existing B2C/D2C partnerships, ensuring long-term sustainability and growth.

- Regularly engage with partners to understand their evolving needs and challenges and proactively address issues to strengthen the partnership.

- Take ownership of monthly product sales targets through the partnership channel.

- Identify sales opportunities and develop strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.

- Track sales performance, analyze data and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met.

- Collaborate with internal teams such as product, tech, sales etc to ensure alignment of partnership strategies with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

- Proven 6-8 years of experience in partnership management, preferably within the fintech or B2C industry.

- Strong understanding of B2C / D2C market dynamics, including defining and executing partnership strategies.

- Expertise in defining, analyzing and tailoring strategies for B2C/D2C partner acquisitions.

- Demonstrated success in sourcing, evaluating and nurturing B2C/D2C partnerships to sustainably meet monthly sales targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.

- Strong business acumen, enabling strategic thinking, market trend analysis and identification of partnership opportunities driving business growth.

- Proactive mindset, taking ownership of partnership initiatives and driving successful execution.

- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
