Manager - Business Partnerships

Responsibilities:

- Prepare the collateral,business pitch and other relevant material to aptly demonstrate risk and reward for the Financial Institution partners.

- Generate leads pipeline (inbound and outbound) and implementation plan

- Collaborate with internal teams like Content,Risk,Tech,Product etc and with external teams of the Bank or Financial Institutions.

- Work along with senior management to devise strategy and targets for Banking Partnerships

- Build and manage relationships to help resolve issues with the Financial Institutions

Requirements:

- MBA/ PGDM with a 3+ year of experience in a strategy/Partnership profile

- A proven track record of developing high-impact partnerships.

- Robust Internal stakeholder management experience.

- Exceptional Decision making & Negotiation skills

- Strong Finance acumen.

- Should be able to identify and execute new strategic opportunities with partners.

- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.

- Accustomed to dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

- Proven ability to collaborate successfully across cross functions.
