Senior Manager/AD - Growth - Digital Marketing - Tier - I Business Schools Job Description : - The candidate needs to be an experienced and highly analytical growth hacker with hands-on experience in all major areas of digital marketing, that can drive projects from conception to implementation. - This is an extremely important role as the company enters its next stage of growth and moves from a B2B2C approach to a more B2C outlook. Key Responsibilities : - Growth Hacking Oversee all aspects of performance marketing such as SEO, SEM, affiliates, display, social media, ASO etc. with a relentless outlook towards growth. - Identify and deliver on new marketing channels and partnerships for growth - Provide continuous improvements to organic search results through on-page and off-page SEO techniques - CRM and Campaign management Use STP techniques to create and manage integrated marketing communication campaigns (emails, SMS, push notifications, calls, etc.) in conjunction with the branding team. - Provide recommendations on the weekly/monthly digital marketing budget spend by considering key metrics such as conversion rates and cost of acquisition across customer segments, campaigns, and digital marketing channels - Track competitor activities and performance on digital marketing and provide recommendations on what we can do better - Provide recommendations on the website front end pages and the customer journey through our application (website, app, etc.) which could improve our conversion rates Qualifications and Skillsets : - Minimum 5-9 years of relevant experience working in a fast-growing e-commerce company or a fintech company - A growth hacker with experience in scaling an online business past its initial startup phase (10-100 phase) with a strict view on the cost of acquisition - Experience managing large digital performance marketing budgets (min. 1 crore per month) - Ability to manage and grow a team of digital marketers - Education Tier 1 Business School (ISB / IIM etc.) - Strong analytical thinking, Analytics background preferred. - Advance Excel Skills and presentation skills for communicating with senior management - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
