About the Role: - Will lead the Insurance portfolio for the ZestMoney - Obtain cross-sell metrics on new disbursals and for top-of-funnel customers. - Conduct market research on new insurance-based products merged with loans, as well as find and onboard new partners. - Design products and solutions to satisfy business needs in partnership with insurer partners. - Must have an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset and be able to work independently to achieve business metrics and needs. - Managing strategic stakeholder relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. - Knowledge of insurance risk & compliance management is required. - Strategic Planning & Leadership management. About You: - Tier 1 Business School (ISB / IIM etc.) would be preferred. - Ability to think strategically - but also comfortable to hustle hard and get things done. - 7+ years of relevant industry experience in corporate insurance management in BFSI, NBFC, Fintech, experience in new age Insurance companies preferred. - Working knowledge of all major insurance LOBs - Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities
