About the Role : - The Growth Manager will be responsible for developing, leading and implementing ZestMoney business growth strategy to enable the company to grow, thrive and maintain advantage with various strategic partners and OEM relations. &nbsp;- The Business Growth Manager is also expected to understand and execute expansion tactics and meet financial targets while proactively seeking new opportunities. Responsibilities and Duties: - Develop account and opportunity plans to coordinate with internal and external teams to grow sales to advance and deliver results - Oversee and manage POS partnerships - Onboard brands, OEM accounts - Work closely with the Product team to solve problems at the ground level using technology - Assist with on-going training for strategic growth resource teams - Identify new strategic business opportunities and setup processes - Stay appropriately networked to stay aware of industry and market trends - Design and implement metrics to monitor the success of processes, and refine the process flow based on actual on-ground feedback About You: - 3+ years of work experience in Business development or Growth role for similar industry. - MBA from a reputed institute. - Analytical mindset and problem solving comes naturally to you. A problem solver is your second name. When presented with an issue you approach it systematically and thoroughly to get to the best possible solution for all parties involved. - A desire to understand consumer behavior and mindset. - Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced start-up environment. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, toward both technical and non-technical audiences. - Strategic orientated mindset (you take a broad, long-range approach to problem-solving and decision-making that involves objective analysis, thinking ahead, and planning).
