About the Role : - Managing resolution rate for flows and recoveries Pan India - Should drive high-quality customer experience in collections and manage escalations - Drive team and vendors to produce better results - Work closely with the team members and team leaders to provide constructive real-time/ scheduled feedback - Focus on Quality imperatives such as - first-time resolution- and - responsiveness- - Deadline and detail-oriented and very comfortable working in a fast-paced and open/ flexible environment - Strong understanding of control and compliance and due diligence for the entire collection process About You : Key Skills Required : - 5-10 years experience in Collections experience in managing teams/vendor staff - Exceptional command of verbal and written communication skills - MIS/ Analytical skills - to be able to work on dashboards, reports, etc. - Strong interpersonal/ conflict management/ negotiation and feedback providing skills
