About the Role: - End to end responsibility of the customer experience & growth of the Personal Loans portfolio -Build a bouquet of offerings with the right product at the right price to the customers; develop a personalized cash loans strategy, which delivers customer delight - Own pricing strategy of personal loans - Anticipate customer needs and incorporate them into the product experience - Work with the business operations team to ensure delivery of customer contact strategy and CRM campaigns designed to be relevant, personalized, and engaging - Work with Credit Risk teams to monitor the performance of the portfolio - Measure performance with regular tracking of KPI's About you: - Excellent problem-solving skills; sound understanding of macro, business, and processes; ability to analyze data and translate it into solutions - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Exceptional analytical skills, with an ability to quickly translate data-driven insights into actions - Customer obsession - Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently - Goal-oriented with a get-it-done approach - Self-starter and self-directed - B.E./B.Tech./B.Com./B.B.A. or any other relevant degree; Master's preferred - 5+ years of experience - Experience in a B2C company is a plus - Proven experience of leading a significant CRM change program is a Plus
