About the Role : - Manage ZestMoney's social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and other relevant platforms - Work together with the marketing team to guide the brands- growth in the online space. - Work with Social Media and Creative agencies to create social media strategy and a strong and relevant content calendar for the brands. - Manage the end-to-end planning of social media campaigns, starting from briefs, to final campaign assets creation &amp; execution on the social media platforms. - Translate marketing objectives into inspiring briefs for social media agencies. - Analyze the campaign's performance and make necessary improvements to grow the brand on Social Media. - Create a social media presence on new and emerging social media platforms. - Create campaigns that promote audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation - Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices. About You : - 3-4 years of experience in Social Media Management. - MBA is not mandatory but preferred - Good understanding of social media channels and analytics tools. - Good communication and PowerPoint skills. - Collaborate with multiple teams effectively, both internally and externally. - Come up with innovative ideas to grow the brand.
